Requesting a refund

Our quality guarantee

We stand behind our workmanship! We do accept workmanship returns within 7 days of the date of purchase. If one of our pieces breaks during shipping, we will repair/replace your earrings or jewellery. Before issuing a new piece of jewellery, we will ask for problem details and pictures of the earring and/or the actual jewellery to be mailed back to us. For both exchanges and returns, original shipping costs will not be refunded or credited back to the buyer.
